Wrist Shot
When taking a wrist shot, make sure to keep your knees bent and shoulders square to the puck. Line the puck up behind your back leg (right leg if you're right handed, left leg if you're left handed), on the heel of your blade. When you take the shot, begin with your weight on your back leg and transfer the weight to your front leg as you push the puck forward through the shot. You should end with your eyes and blade pointing at the spot where you want the puck to go.
